Fifteen years. NYFW. Bridal. Film sets. On-stage education across North America. A multimillion-dollar spa operation. And now this; showing up for the moments that matter and building something that actually lasts.

I started doing makeup in Scranton, Pennsylvania, moved through St. Louis, and landed in New York - where I spent years working under some of the most respected artists in the industry at New York Fashion Week and New York Bridal Fashion Week, on TV and film sets, and at trade shows like IMATS and The Makeup Show.

Then I did what I now help others do - I went out on my own. I built and operated a fully licensed, state-accredited skincare studio from the ground up. Solo. No playbook. Just the craft, the business sense, and the willingness to figure it out. It grew into a six-figure operation and became my primary business; proof that everything I teach, I've actually lived.

From there I moved into operations at scale, running a top-10% corporate national chain waxing location in a 125-location network - which taught me what systems, pricing, and real infrastructure look like when a beauty business is firing on all cylinders.

I'm a licensed esthetician in New York and New Jersey, and a licensed esthetics instructor. I taught for two and a half years before COVID. I've spoken at The Makeup Designery in New York City on career pivoting and knowing when it's time to make a change.

Here's what I know: this industry is full of talented people running their businesses on instinct and hope. Skilled at their craft. Undercharging for it. Overwhelmed by the parts no one taught them.

That's exactly why I do two things now.

I take on bridal and special occasion clients in Bergen County, NJ and across New Jersey, New York, and the Hudson Valley - because the work still matters and I'm still really good at it.

And I coach beauty professionals who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and build something that actually works.
